Ecology and Epidemiology of Mycobacterium avium sbsp. paratuberculosis in YNP

This is an exploratory study to determine the environmental fate of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map) within the geothermal springs and the macro fauna of Yellowstone National Park, as part of a long-term molecular epidemiological study to model the interspecies transmission of Map.
