Status, Movements & Habitat Selection of Tiger Salamanders in Little America Flats (YNP)

The main purpose of this study is to investigate population structure in tiger salamanders across the northern part of Yellowstone National Park. This will be done by estimation of gene flow using microsatellite markers. Additionally, Researchers will examine whether wetland connectivity is correlated with salamander gene flow.
