Yellowstone Park Entrance Fee:

Conference attendees: please tell park entrance gate staff that you are attending the conference to get a waived entrance fee during the conference. Local, state, or federal employees may also present their employee IDs for a waived entrance fee.

Registration

Early Bird rates are available until 11:59 p.m., September 17. Program participants are paper/poster presenters, session moderators, and conference staff.

Registration fees include tickets to the opening reception, paper sessions, roundtables, and displays. Meals are optional.

Lodging

Lodging is available to conference attendees at the conference hotel, the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel. No lodging is available at the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel the night of Oct. 13.

  • Rooms with private bath: $133.31/night with utility fee and tax included
  • Rooms without bath: $99.13/night with utility fee and tax included

Room rates are based on 1 or 2 adults. Each additional adult $12.54 per night.

No government rate is available.

Anyone requiring a tax-exempt reservation should call the hotel registrar at 1-307-344-5391 and bring a completed tax-exempt form from the State of Wyoming.

Additional lodging is available in Gardiner, Montana (5 miles).

Limited wireless internet is available at the hotel. Verizon Wireless PC Card users can access the internet in most of the hotel.
